Rider Responde
On September 13, 2025, Jabbre Intercom teamed up with Councilor Leslie Cruz of Mandaluyong and the Rotary Club of Mandaluyong East to launch Rider Responde, a project that empowers motorcycle riders with basic life-saving skills and first aid kits.
In Metro Manila’s traffic, every second matters. Studies reveal that riders can reach emergencies twice as fast as ambulances, giving them the power to save lives when it matters most.
Held at the Mandaluyong City Hall, the training gathered 99 riders, with the Philippine Red Cross leading the sessions on first aid and emergency response.
This effort highlights the crucial role of riders as first responders on the road. Thanks to the Rotary Club of Mandaluyong East and all partners, we move one step closer to building a community where riders are not just commuters—but lifesavers.
