1. General Policy
We accept returns and offer replacements or refunds for eligible items under the conditions stated below, in accordance with applicable Philippine consumer laws.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if the item:
• Is defective or damaged upon delivery
• Is it incorrect or not the item ordered
• Has missing parts or accessories
To qualify:
• The request must be made within 7 days from receipt of the item
• The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund, unless defective:
• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
• Items without original packaging or accessories
• Change of mind or incorrect selection by the customer
4. Return Process
To request a return:

Step 2: Provide:
- Order number
- Photos or videos showing the issue
Step 3: Wait for confirmation and return instructions
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Shipping for Returns
• If the return is due to defect, damage, or wrong item, Jabbre will shoulder the return
shipping cost
• If the return is not due to our error, the customer may be responsible for shipping fees
We may arrange pickup via our logistics partner, including J&T Philippines (PH Global Jet
Express Inc.), where applicable.
6. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, where possible
If not possible, alternative refund methods may be arranged.
7. Replacements
For defective or incorrect items, we may offer:
• Replacement of the same item, subject to availability
• If unavailable, a refund or store credit may be provided
8. Order Cancellations
• Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us immediately
• Once shipped, orders can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process
9. Delays and Exceptions
Refunds and replacements may be delayed due to:
• Courier issues
• Incomplete return requirements
• Force majeure or unforeseen circumstances
We will keep you informed throughout the process.
10. Consumer Protection
This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394). Nothing in this policy should limit the rights of consumers under applicable laws.
